I had a great stay at this hotel! The location close to the center made it very easy for me to explore this city. I also loved the hotel facilities, especially the wellness area, very nice and relaxing. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and they provided me with bathrobes and additional towels for my spa visit.

Located near the main attractions, this hotel proved to be an ideal stay for Christmas vacation. The spacious, impeccably decorated apartment was a delight, and the presence of Coop across the street was a big plus for buying lunch on-the-go conveniently. In addition, getting breakfast before 8:00 am was a treat we enjoyed during our stay.
The apartment’s wallpaper had small tears, and the shower displayed signs of black mold; this was quite disappointing. In addition, the smell in the bathroom was bothersome. Although it did not become a problem since our stay was short-term, the breakfast served in the small reception area wasn't our preferred setup. while we received excellent service, there were several small things that could be improved to enhance our stay even further.

The hotel was conveniently located near the bus stop and had staff that spoke English. the breakfast was included and had a variety of options to choose from. the air conditioning worked well in the room, which was a nice relief from the hot weather outside.
The hotel did not live up to its advertised claims of being a 4-star hotel. There was no elevator, which was inconvenient staying on the upper floors.

The hotel is conveniently located in the town centre. This means it's close to shops, restaurants and other services. there are some attractions within walking distance. the rooms are quite spacious, with a balcony and even a kitchenette, which can be useful.
One thing that really brought down the experience was the lack of cleanliness. the room wasn't properly cleaned and some things were broken.
